What do I get for the $100 upgrade?

It seems like I get nothing.
it won’t let me register a domain name.
it wont let me use custom type.
And it looks like you have to keep paying a la carte for more upgrades!!!
Help please.

The bundle is active on http://booneandsons.wordpress.com/ and the domain was registered with it, you just need to set the domain as primary via Store -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.
