What do I get when I buy the Premium Upgrade?

I’m interested in buying the Premium Upgrade and I have a couple of questions firrt to make up my mind. I ‘m from Argentina. I work with a partner, we do graphic design and we do web sites.
– Can I register a domain .com.ar with you?
– On the premium upgrade there is ONE domain .com included on the anul fee I will be paying, but I can register more for my clients, right?
-And those multiple domains can be using multiple themes included on the upgrade?
-Will the blogs always have te legend of wordpress on the footer? Or buying this upgrade the publicity will be off?
-Can me and my partner use the same account or the same tools I’m buying with the premium upgrade?Thank you so much. As soon as you answer to me I will get the plan because we are very interested on it.

No you can’t but you can purchase one elsewhere and then purchase a domain mapping upgrade here at WordPress.com to map to an existing domain. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

With the exception of the Guided Transfer, all upgrades are per year and per blog.

No. The premium upgrade does not include any premium themes.

Yes it must remain. Removing footer link credits is a Terms of Service violation that will get a blog suspended.
-Can me and my partner use the same account or the same tools I’m buying with the premium upgrade?
No. You each use your own accounts. See:

http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/All that will change is the URL when you set up domain mapping as the blog is still hosted here all the same rules still apply to it. The content remains exactly where it is in exactly the same state it is now.

Note that the premium plan does not allow you to run advertising or to upload your own themes or plugins. WordPress.com blogs cannot be equipped for eCommerce transactions unless you purchase a Business upgrade.
