What do I have to pay to get my blog back?

Suspended for terms of service. Do not know why. No response to these messages. Can’t access dashboard. Can’t export site as feature crashes. Can’t access forums due to suspension. I don’t know what to do to get things running again or to move the site. Am getting extremely upset with the total lack of response.

Mistakes can be made but as a policy, we are asked to refrain from discussing Terms of Service issues on these public forums, where threads are indexed by Google and are available to everyone on the internet.
