What do I input for the MX Record in order to direct my email to my server?

  My domain host is netfirms.com and I’m trying to direct my MX Record to them but don’t know what to input into my DNS info on WordPress. Your MX reads _________ handled by ________ with priority ___.
  The MX Record info that I have from netfirms is:
  Priority: 30
  Host: @ or *
  Points To: mx.sheroarsfitness.com

  Hi There,
  I was able to get help from a Netfirms rep. who walked me through the mx record. The problem is that even after THAT, it’s still not working.

  Please help!

  Hi there,

  If they said your MX records were set up correctly please be patient. Sometimes it can take up to a few days for it to propagate.

  Just as a check – are you positive that you only need MX records? Many times you will also need an A record. I would ask about Netfirms support about this.
