What do I need in WP.com to keep JetPack in WP.org?

Hi! I had my blog moved from WP.com to WP.org a number of months ago. I’ve been getting notices that my WordPress Pro Bundle (WP.com) is about to expire, and that “If that upgrade expires, all the bundled upgrades will be removed, and your site will no longer be available at thebrightersideoflife.ca.”
Does that mean that I’d lose JetPack in WP.org? And if so, what do I need to pay for in WP.com to make sure I can keep JetPack? I don’t need to keep the Pro Bundle upgrade, right?
