What do I need to do to get my old blog from last year up and running again?

I have a blog on my real estate website. I think a third party was hosting it. The address of my blog is https://muletownrealty.wordpress.com/
I already have some content on it but wanted to begin writing again without creating a new account, just using my old one. I own my website domain but do I also need a blog host? And who do I use for this?
