What do I need to do to make Account owner changes?

    I have a pending change to the owner email on this account. I requested the change last February. Will this change be made this upcoming February? Can I get it changed now? I did not receive the notification emails that the account was due to expire and found out from a site visitor to the new email adress.

    Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and associated email address. The blog owner can transfer ownership of the blog to another username account http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

    If the blog’s owner fails to approve the transfer of the blog and upgrade(s) to your username account I am sorry but we cannot help with that.

    Hi there,

    Just so that I’m clear, what are you trying to accomplish? Are you looking to just change the email address associated with your account, or do you want to change ownership of this blog and the associated upgrades to another WordPress.com user?

    Let me know and I’ll give you some information on what needs to be done.
