    Hi argyleave10,

    Are you running into this issue when you try to purchase an upgrade? It appears that Sint Maarten is not listed in the options for country in the credit card form, so if that’s where you are having trouble, I will check on that for you.

    You also mention a cell phone number, so are you trying to do something else as well?

    While I work on sorting this out for you, could you let me know which upgrade(s) you are trying to purchase, and if PayPal is an option for you?
