what does invalid country mean?

  Hi, I would like to add my own domain name. Every time I enter it and select purchase, it tells me its an invalid country? I am confused by this.

  Hey,

  I’m afraid the country you have chosen isn’t supported by PayPal, which is the payment processor for WordPress.com.

  Countries from where payment can be accepted are listed here:
  https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/

  I’ve checked the list, and Australia is most definitely listed as being accepted. I use it all the time.

  Am I allowed to use WordPress in a Australia?

  Australia should be absolutely fine.

  Are you sure you’re selecting the correct country and billing address?

  I checked your account and I see that you successfully set up a free trial for the WordPress.com Premium plan and added the domain thedailybabyblogger.com to your site. Are you still having any trouble with that “invalid country” message?
