what does it mean, "Add a domain"?

  at the end of the process of setting up my account, I am asked to ‘add a domain”, and I don’t understand what this means….can you explain, in simple terms, for a simple man?

  If you would like to register a domain name, like bluesblue10.com, you can do that by adding the domain via Upgrades -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.
