What does it take to get a response from WordPress?

Two day and four emails later, no response from WP about changing my domain mapping.
Does anyone know if they are on vacation?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

They are not on vacation. Staff members are working and dealing with the support tickets in their queues as quickly as they can. Unfortunately many bloggers do not use the support documentation or search utilities or this peer support forum. That means Staff are flooded with questions that could be easily answered by searching support documentation and forum threads or asking for Volunteers to assist them.

Perhaps we Volunteers can help with your domain mapping issue. Do you already own a domain name and do your wish to map it to a .wordpress.com blog? ? Or do your wish to purchase one through WordPress.com? Have you already purchased domain mapping or not?
