What does […] mean?

  Several times I have received a message […] with the blog title in the center […] . What does this mean? I don’t know how to moderate it for it gives me no other information.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I don’t see […] on your blog, all the titles are complete.

  Can you give an link to an example on your blog? Which browser do you use?

  Any chance you meant this?

  “penfrea. com | Penny Fregeau… “Soul …”

  If yes, your page info shows the title as:

  <title>penfrea. com | Penny Fregeau…"Soul Artist," Writer, Communicator…</title>

  Should be;

  <title>penfrea. com | Penny Fregeau “Soul Artist, Writer, Communicator”</title>

  It’s under the notifications. Where there are usually comments to approve or not, my message looks like:
  (for example)
  […] Have You Ever Been Moved To Tears By Something Beautiful […] which is the title, but there is no other comment. It has happended several times from different bloggers.
