what does Premium Plan email and chat support mean?

I have a Premium Plan with WP. It says I get email and chat support. Does that mean I can email someone at WP directly, with a question, and that I will receive an email reply? Does it mean I can chat with a Support person on WP? Or is this referring to some type of email and chat that my webpage’s customers can do with ME? If the former, then I have seen no place on the entire WP site that tells me how or where to go to get email or chat support for myself.
