What does the Premium Plan contain?

  I would like to buy the premium plan for one of my blogs. But before doing this, I need to know if
  – will I be able to use javascripts (I want to include an affiliate add which is available only as jv)?
  – will I be able to install plugins like on a domain owned wordpress install (I want to install a pop-up email subscribe plugin, Pippity).

  There are NO upgrades here which allow these things. If you want those, you will have to buy paid hosting at $120 a year and up, buy a domain name, and install software from WordPress.org.
