What does "This content is spun-out" mean?
-
It looks like a “fake” comment was made and WordPress has the phrase “This content is spun-out” where a comment would normally go, but then why isn’t it just spam?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It’s a fake url: http://afkdfadf and the email looks fake too. So it’s spam but just couldn’t automatically be marked as such?

No, I mean on your site…where is the comment? Was it held in moderation or is it posted and if so what is the URL of the comment? not the URL IN the comment.

Oops, sorry, little slow on the uptake: http://joesgeekfest.wordpress.com/2014/08/12/romulus-buckle-and-the-engines-of-war-review-more-daring-adventures-with-pneumatic-zeppelins/

I can’t see anything there. I’ll flag this for staff. They can see stuff in moderation etc.

Hi there,
I found the comment and it looks like that statement was written by the commenter, not WordPress.com.
I see that you marked it as spam, and you can leave it in there. Our system will learn to put further comments (if they persist) in the Spam folder as it is continually marked as spam.
Cheers!
