What does this error mean?

  I don’t know much about coding. When I go to my website http://arielpeche.com/ I get the following message:

  Fatal error: Call-time pass-by-reference has been removed in /home2/agins/public_html/wp-content/plugins/instapress/instagram.php on line 306

  I don’t know what it means, or how to fix it. I also can’t log in to arielpeche.com/wp-admin to try to fix it. Please help- this is detrimental to my business.
