What does this "warning" on my site mean?

  I get the following on my site—in the side bar as well as on the top above the theme and I do not know what it means. I’ve tried other themes but it sticks like…….

  I advise you to go to WordPress.ORG, where that version of the software is supported. We cannot help you here.
