What does ‘uncategorized’ mean? What are the pros/cons?

1.Is it at all posible for me to set up a second account using the same email address, with the domain name, “qualityedforallchildrenrichorpoor” ?
2.I would also like to catogorize my topic or log with the words lister below.
3.Is it admissable for me to tell my story of ‘retaliation’ using only factual accounts and post authentic documents written to me, on my blogsite by scanning? Can I use actual names on the documents or blank them out?
4. How much will it cost for me to also try and generate some funds, maybe through advertisement, from telling my story, which I’m sure the general public will find very interesting and thought stimulating?

Your topic has nothing to do with your questions. Please edit it if you can to reflect your questions.
As for Question 3, this isn’t the place to get legal advice. Of course you can post anything you have copyright to, but we can’t tell you what the consequences would be. I’d suggest you talk to a lawyer, if this issue worries you.
As for #4, WordPress.com is a free hosting service for non-commercial blogs and business blogs that aren’t primarily to raise money. If you want to be commodifying your blog, you should download the software at WordPress.org and find your own hosting somewhere. As for “how much money can I make telling my story”, probably very little to none. People can find interesting stories for free all over the Web, and the only thing they consistently pay for is porn; even the New York Times can’t reliably get money for its writing.

Thanks for your candid response to my question. Are you speaking as one of the support persons for WordPress, or only as another member? I ask because I wanted answers from individual(s) who are directly involved with managing the comapany. In any case, I appreciate your taking the time to respond to my inquiries. Leprofesseur. -
If you want individuals who are directly involved in managing the company, you need to send a feedback from your dashboard. These forums are for volunteers, regular members of wordpress, to help one another with technical issues.
The thread title is still a nonsequiter. -

The forums are volenteer run. We’re doing that so staff can use their time to work on more important issues that come about instead of answering the same questions over and over again. We’ve done that in an attempt to give back what they have given to us.
I gotta admit that I’m more annoyed that you bumped your own post twice in under three minutes. That was uncalled for and very rude.

If you want to speak directly to Automattic staff, I would suggest sending in a Feedback from your Dashboard but to answer your questions:
1) You are free to create a second blog. Just visit the http://wordpress.com page while logged in and you will have the option to create an additional blog with what ever name you want and is available. You can get an actual domain name for it by paying a $15 a year fee under the Dashboard -> Upgrades -> Domain page.
2) You can manage Categories under Manage -> Categories. When you write a Post, there is a list of check boxes along the right hand side of teh Write Post page.
3) If you mean by docs files like *.pdfs, yes, you can upload them. As to what is needed to be blacked out, you need to discuss that with an attorney on your end. Please note that since the wp.com servers do exist within the US, the laws of that country do apply. These forums will not take the place of any legal discussion.
4) Advertsing is not currently allowed unless you qualify and sign up for the VIP program.
