what does view a site's publicize follower counts returns ?

  “/sites/$site/stats/publicize” this api returns an array of services which is empty. what are this services ? and what you mean by publicize follower counts?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble! It sounds like you are trying to view how many people have followed your blog via social media, is this correct?

  You can read more about how to connect your WordPress.com site to various social networking services here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/

  Since it looks like you just set your blog up on July 18, 2017, and do not yet have social media icons set up, this is why you are getting empty returns.
