What fonts are included with the Custom Fonts package?
-
I searched the forums and help, but couldn’t find any reference to the list of fonts included Custom Fonts package. I understand that Typekit fonts can be used.
Without having to copy and paste from the preview screen, is there a list of the Custom Fonts somewhere on the WordPress.com site? My search didn’t reveal it, perhaps I overlooked it.

You failed to post a site URL. No WordPress.COM upgrades are available for purchase for use on any sites other than free hosted WordPress>COM blogs.

Provided you are referring to a free hosted WordPress.COM blog custom Fonts are part of the Custom Design upgrade, at $30.00 per blog, per year, and it allows you to easily add Typekit fonts to your blog.
To browse fonts on the TypeKit fonts site click this link https://typekit.com/fonts -
Thank you for the quick response. My apologies for the confusion and my using the incorrect reference.
Yes, I’m asking about the WordPress.com Custom Design upgrade for a site that will be hosted on WordPress.com. I know about the ability to add Typekit fonts.
When I choose to preview the Custom Design options, I select Fonts, and can see the font list beginning with Adelle, Ambrose, Anonymous Pro.
I’d like to get the full list of fonts available in Custom Design. Is the fonts list for Custom Design available (not the fonts on Typekit) on WordPress.com?

The only fonts you can use are the TypeKit fonts.

Thanks. Perhaps I’m missing something basic. I haven’t created a lot of sites on WordPress.com, and have never used the Custom Design feature.
I see a list of fonts displayed when I select “Preview” for the Custom Design option. The Custom Design font list has ~50 fonts. Typekit has over 900 fonts.
From what I read on this WordPress.com page about Custom Fonts, I understood that WordPress.com Custom Design feature offered a set list of fonts. And that Custom Design Advanced Mode would allow me to enter my Typekit ID to allow me more choices in fonts.
Did I misunderstand the explanation on that page?
I’m not looking for the list of Typekit fonts. I’m looking for the list of 50 fonts provided in Custom Design.

P.S. Just in case this applies, have you read Custom Design upgrade in advanced mode http://help.typekit.com/customer/portal/articles/6840#advanced-mode

Yes, I found that post earlier this afternoon. Which led me to keep searching for the list of the 50 base fonts available in the Custom Design upgrade. I’ve been searching for over an hour, with no luck.
Client is working on branding; I want to let the client know what fonts are available, without using Typekit.

For others who might be following this thread, I learned there are two modes for Custom Fonts in the Custom Design feature.
The Standard mode displays the list of pre-loaded fonts (~50) available. You can pick your choice of font for Site Title, Heading and Body Text from the list.
In the Advanced mode, you have the option to configure Typekit fonts (requires a Typekit account). Learn more about Custom Fonts at http://learn.wordpress.com/get-configured/#options.

Thanks for that update. I thought that might be the case when I pointed to Custom Design upgrade in advanced mode http://help.typekit.com/customer/portal/articles/6840#advanced-mode above.
