It will provide insurance / service / support to desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, unlimited cloud backup & storage, etc and service all types of clients (including government GSA). The website will be database driven with excellent analytics and security and will have information about international partnerships and retail walk in repair stores in various parts of the US for smartphones, tablets, and laptops. What functionality should this IT website have?

Note that none of the plans allow you to run advertising or to upload your own themes or plugins. If you need a site that requires a custom theme or plugins for eCommerce — e.g., if you want to be able to sell things directly from your site, or if you want to install discussion forums — a self-hosted WordPress site might be right for you.
WordPress.org http://wordpress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, and edit the database and equip the blog for ecommerce.

Note that on a free hosted WordPress.com blog you can sell only products that your yourself personally create or services that your yourself personally provide. You cannot set up an online store and market commercially made products.
