what happen to everything I did a month ago?

    I got on your site to work on my website again- its been a little bit since I worked on it. However,when I get on the site its saying I have not created a site yet. I put a lot of work into what I had done, but nothing there now. I created an acct. with you all and paid and now that is all gone. Please advise on what to do next. THANKS!

    Hi there,

    Please mention website url you need help with.

    Also, make sure you are logged in to the same account which you had used while creating your website a month ago.

    You can try ‘yourwebsiteaddress/wp-admin’ then enter your credentials. It will help you login to your website dashboard.

    Hi there,

    The account you’re using to post here has never owned any sites on WordPress.com, and while it was created three weeks ago, you only activated it 16 hours ago. So most likely your site is in a different account.

    If you can provide your site’s address, I can help you find out which account that is.
