what happen to index and chapter?

  index and chapter don’t appear under write a book

  Indices and Chapters belong in printed books. The internet works somewhat differently.

  Hello,

  Under Write a Book from Word Press, it says go to A Static Page. Then it says go to Index and Chapters. But from my Dashboard, there is only About not Index or Chapters. So, how can I start a book when some information is left out? Thank you very much.
