Hi WordPress I’m extremely concern about my website, It doesn’t appear anymore, can you let me know ASAP if it’s because of a renewal issue or what happen?, in case that I have to do a payment please let me know ASAP so I do it, I depend on my website for clients, it’s very important that it appears on google search’s and my clients need to access to see my portafolio.
Please help me recover my domain.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The site’s plan expired on June 15.
If you log in as the account which purchased the plan, it can be renewed from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

Hi, the problem as I have mention in the past is that the payment or renewal ( bottom to click on) does not even appear anymore ( my website zva-group.com does not appear anymore in google o any other device), In the past I have had issues with hackers and I just want to make sure that I have the right control of my accounts. A company that I had pay (years ago) to open my website called GUIA OCA , we decided not to keep working with them, the problem seems to be that the main email its not mine ( the true owner) and if there is any payment or something with my website it never arrives to my email which is (email visible only to moderators and staff), I really need help to pay my website, so I can share it with my clients, as you mention that my payment was due on June 15 ( I never got an email) does this mean that I already lost my website domain?. Please help me gain my payment access and configuration of my website. Thank you.

You need to be logged in as the account which purchased the plan, not the marzva account you’re currently logged in as.
Once you log in under the correct account, you’ll be able to simply renew it via https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
