The formatting and the design are completely lost. It’s not looking the way it was looking before. I can’t access any stats or admin functions as before. It’s not user friendly and it doesn’t allow me to do anything to revert it as before. I was on a business plan and having failed to renew it in time, it is now a huge mess. It’s totally unprofessional to respond it like that from WordPress.

@silvestrigabriella it looks like the site is still there, but there are some issues because of an expired Business Plan.
Are you able to log in as the account owner and re-add the plan, or clarify what you’d like to do with the site?

Ah your comment came through while I was still investigating. Re-adding the plan should resolve this. You can also open a chat with help if you need it, once the plan is added.
If possible I’d recommend adding it as the original account owner.

Thanks so much for your reply. I am unable to add the plan as business owner. I asked for help but it takes time. I’m waiting for someone to contact me and help. Any other suggestions?!
I still don’t understand why everything is messed up because lack of the renewal. It doesn’t leave any choice on what the user wants to do. It feels like ransom really and it sucks. -
As you need to be logged in to the correct account have you tried logging in to any other account you have associated with the site that might be the owner of the site such as https://wordpress.com/forums/users/sustainablefootprint4travellisti/
for example.
When a Business plan expires then any customization created with Business plan features will no longer work. That seems reasonable to me.

Or, what happens if you try to add a Business Plan using this account?

I’m unable to use the site. It feels bugged, thus user unfriendly. As consequence I can’t add the business plan again, and so far nobody has replied to my request for support.

This is the only support request we have on file for this account, and we are replying to you here. :)
Under the account which owns the plan, I do see two recent emails, which were replied to by us on Monday.
It feels bugged, thus user unfriendly.
Would you please describe what specifically “feels bugged”?
