what happened to chat?

    how are we supposed to get help in REAL TIME if there’s no chat option?

    I’ve been waiting over 16 hours for a response to emails… and NO RESPONSE yet.

    Hi,

    Can you doublecheck that URL? quantumyourlife.com isn’t a domain that is registered with us. It looks like you did have a Business plan for quantumyourlife.com, but that it was canceled and refunded on 9/22. This would explain why you can no longer access chat, as livechat is a feature only available to those with a Premium/Business/eCommerce plan.

    I’ve been waiting over 16 hours for a response to emails… and NO RESPONSE yet.

    Our apologies for that, we are receiving a higher than normal amount of email recently and it has put us a little behind. The team is working as hard as it can to catch up again.
