What happened to Contact form feedback?

    For years I’ve had a page with a contact form where each submitted message goes to a Feedback page. I just discovered today that the Feedback page no longer contains any feedback messages, years of them having disappeared, and instead the Feedback link that used to go to those messages now points only to two pages I’ve never seen before, a Crowdsignal page and a “Ratings Results” page, the latter of which is empty because I’ve never enabled the ratings feature on pages, posts, or comments.

    Hi, doc! It looks like things have moved around (again). Those form responses are now listed under Jetpack>Forms
