What happened to emails for blog subscribers that never went through today?

  I published a new post today and emails did not go out to subscribers. I know you had some server maintenance going on, maybe that’s what’s happening. I subscribe myself to the blog, to make sure emails that contain new posts reach subscribers. I’ve checked with friends as well, and they also didn’t receive emails with today’s post.

  There are other issues on the site. The email link doesn’t work. I used it to send the post link to myself and others today (and also last night) and the emails never get there. Also, friends have complained that they couldn’t “like” today’s post…they log in and nothing happens.

  I am concerned over my email subscribers…they are few, but important. I’m assuming there’s something wrong on your end since this never happened before, so I just want to know, will the email notifications for today’s post go out, do I have to re-blog, are there still issues on your end? Please advise. Thank you.

  Would you please check your spam folder?

  As for the email link, we’re aware of the issue. It only affects the post author though, other folks can still email your posts.
