What happened to gmail?

    As of two days ago, my gmail no longer works with my wordpress set up domain email. I submitted a support ticket two days ago and no one has responded. What is going on?

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there!

    I checked your account and found that you had the G Suite/Google Workspace subscription with us for the domain shopbeebalm.com, but the subscription expired last month. When a G Suite/Google Workspace subscription expires, it’s handed over to Google, so it’s no longer possible to renew the subscription through WordPress.com.

    You should still be able to access Google Admin Console (at admin.google.com) and head over to the billing tab to set up a payment method.

    Please let us know once you’ve renewed the Google Workspace subscription through Google because we’ll need to change the DNS records on your domain, which were changed after you activated our Professional Email.
