What happened to my about me that was on fondlyfromflorence.wordpress.com when I upgraded to wordpre

  yesterday, I upgraded for a .com and now my aboutme “widget?” is not on my site. Why?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi!

  Can you try setting up your About.me widget one more time? Instructions can be found here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/about-me/

  Currently, the URL in the widget reads “http://about.me”. I believe that might be causing the issue!

  Thanks Jeremey for the tip! Problem solved.
  Now that I have upgraded to a .com
  do I need to concern myself with ads? not sure if that is what I expect to do nor would I know what to do about them.

  We do have some limitations on the type of advertising allowed at WordPress.com. You can read a bit more about them here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/advertising/

  In short, display ads aren’t allowed unless they’re part of our WordAds program (you’re welcome to apply!). However, affiliate links are allowed. If you have any specific questions, please let me know!
