What happened to my blog?

  I cannot access my blog. It looks like deleted from the website. What is going on?

  I can read your blog, so it’s not deleted. What exactly do you mean when you say you cannot access it? Can’t you access the dashboard? Are you sure you are logged in? You can also try cleaning your internet browser cache if the page doesn’t want to load.

  I cleared the cash of FireFox then I could access it. I never had any problem from the cash so I never expected this. Thank you very much.

  I deleted the cookies from my computer and it seems to have affected my blog. The whole appearance has changed. Please can you help?

  @wavyerfiel – Glad I could help. It’s happened to me a few times, so that, along with updating my browser, are always among the first things I try.

  @racsmo201 – As far as I know deleting cookies shouldn’t affect your blog. They’re merely files that websites store on your computer, some to track your online behaviour, some merely so your computer doesn’t have to load the whole website every time you visit it. I’d suggest you start a new thread in the forum explaining exactly how the blog’s appearance has changed.
