What happened to my domain name?

    I’m used to giving people my domain name as an easy link to my blog. It’s gone now. Also, I don’t understand the .blog availability emails we got. Is this part of the reason my domain name.com is no longer working?
    Why isn’t there a customer service?

    Hi there,

    What is the domain? I don’t see any domains in your account. You had registered two in 2012, but askkelsi.com was cancelled and refunded on the same day you bought it back then, and kelsimarie.com was transferred away from us to GoDaddy in 2013.

    That domain was still connected here via a domain mapping upgrade, but that was cancelled and removed in September as it hadn’t been renewed.

    If you still want to use that domain with your WordPress.com site you’ll need to buy a new domain mapping upgrade from My Site ->Domains.

    The .blog email you received was a promotional email sent to all users who have opted in to receive those types of emails from us. It has nothing to do with your account or the past upgrades you’ve owned with us.
