What happened to my global dashboard?

  I am so confused. I logged on to wordpress for the first time in a week or so and I see some changes. I went to manage my blogs because I added one and I want to change the order it shows up in on my dropdown menu. Instead of my global dashboard I just have a list of my blogs on my front page. And my “hidden” blogs are nowhere to be found. I cannot change the order or find any way to access the blogs that I had marked “hidden.” Are they gone? Did wordpress get rid of the global dashboard? How am I supposed to manage my blogs now? Is there something I am missing? I am little frustrated. Forgive me if this has already been addressed somewhere. I looked but could not find anything. Thanks!
