What happened to my header image? It disappeared.

  I haven’t visited my blog recently but now found that the header image was gone, I have reloaded it but what happened that it just disappeared? I haven’t updated anything to cause that I am sure? Any ideas?

  Unfortunately, I don’t see anything in particular that would have caused it to disappear. :(
