What happened to my site?

  I paid for an annual subscription and started a blog back in March. I come to my site today and it has my name but no other information. No payment information or anything that I created. I went to change the user name and it created a new account. Now I try to add a domain name and its asking me to subscribe again. Is there a human being that I can speak to that can check my account and find my subscription?

  As this account was created less than an hour ago staff will need details of the site address you set up in March which has the upgrade.

  Hi @asurvivorsjourney777, you’re most likely logged into the wrong account. If you can log out, and log in again using the username or email address you originally used to create the site, that will be best.
