What happened to my site

  I have a receipt dated July 20 for my site. I started working on it. Upon logging back in today (11 days later), my account indicates that I have not paid WordPress and that I have no sites. Seriously?

  You probably have no WordPress.com sites under the account hpquilter created on July 2nd. What is the full address of your missing site.

  @hpquilter I too am guessing you have another account. Can you send a link to the site? Or, if you already know what the other username is, log out and log back in as that user, and you’ll find your upgrade here:
