fjiekelthat you’re posting from?It looks like the site is still there at this time! It appears to be using the theme Blank Canvas, which is quite a minimalist theme, and I can definitely see a pair of blog posts on the front page.
It appears that you may have changed the theme recently; was this intentional?

If I changed the theme it was totally unintentional. I’ve been advised by other users that WordPress recently made a significant change, I was wondering if that had anything to do with it.

Nope, it looks like you just switched from the Twenty Ten theme to Blank Canvas three days ago.
If you want to go back to using Twenty Ten, I’m afraid that theme was retired in 2017, so it’s not available anymore. But you have access to many other free themes here at WordPress.com that may suit your site’s needs better than the Blank Canvas theme.

I just wanted to add that even though we do not offer the Twenty Ten theme at this point, we do still offer the Twenty Eleven theme, which is similar: https://wordpress.com/theme/twentyeleven/flyingwithrick.wordpress.com
