What happened to my Subscribers & Follwers?

I’ve moved from WordPress.com to WordPress.org. Where do I get help transferring my followers and subscribers. I’ve already installed JetPack.

When I look at my subscribers on my wordpress.org blog I still see no one. I’ve also (email) subscribed to my own blog to see if I could get updated posts and I’m not getting them emailed to me.

I’m looking at Jetpack and it shows them as wordpress.com followers not org. My husband is following me and says that he no longer gets updates when he signs in to his WordPress.com. He says this has stopped since I made the switch. I’ve also stopped getting comments from followers who used to communicate with me frequently.

The WordPress.com followers that have been transferred will still show up as WordPress.com followers, because they have WordPress.com accounts. However, they do follow your WordPress.org website.
What’s the username of your husband? please make sure that his notification settings are enabled to receive e-mail notifications. This can be changed at http://en.wordpress.com/following/edit/ (click on the ‘edit’ link next to the blog title) or http://en.wordpress.com/settings/subs-delivery/

My husband’s username is Musclebyjeff. I was referring to the notifications that show up when he opens his wordpress.com account not his email. He’s not seeing my posts show up on his screen after he signs in. I believe this is what’s happened with all of my WordPress.com followers and is why I have heard nothing from any of them since switching.

I can’t seem to find an account under ‘musclebyjeff’. Are you sure that’s his WordPress.com username?
If a WordPress.com user is following your blog and logged into WordPress.com they should still see your published posts in their reader section.

I’ve checked his reader setting and it’s the e-mail notifications are disabled.
Please make sure that his notification settings are enabled to receive e-mail notifications. He needs to be logged in at his account and go to http://en.wordpress.com/following/edit/ then click on the ‘edit’ link next to the blog title to change the e-mail notification setting.

So his email notifications need to be set in order for me to show up on his reader. Not just to recieve emails of my posts?

Sorry about the confusion there, this option is only for notification e-mails. Looking from his account I was able to read your blog’s new posts in his reader though. Could you please ask him to try a different browser , for example Firefox or Google Chrome? and see if he also encounters the problems there.
