  I paid for the pro subscription and now all of a sudden I can’t manage my website. Tell me what is going on.

  Hi there, I checked your account, but I don’t see any purchases, transactions, or billing activity. And the site you listed is under our free account, which is free for life.

  Perhaps you have more than one account here? If you do, but you do not recall the password, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
