What happened to my website? HTML Formatting Gone

I hadn’t many any changes to my site – I just checked it one day and now it appears my theme is gone and all that is left is hyperlink to all of my pages/posts.
What happened? How do I fix this?
When I use the WP editor it looks as if it did before, set up in the theme.

It seems your blog is not hosted in WordPress.com but is a self-hosted implementation of WordPress.org. You can learn the differences on the following page WordPress.com and WordPress.org .
