What happened to my wordpress?

To whom it may concern, I have just logged in to my WP site http://www.consciousyou.org to discover an update and somehow I am now on a free plan?! I’m not sure how I ended up on a free plan considering I’m supposed to be paying for the site and hosting yearly. Can someone explain why my plug ins are all disabled, why don’t I full access to my back office, and what a free plan is because I’m paying for both the domain name and hosting. Thank you. You can only login using WordPress.com account in case you have hosted with WordPressCOM or added/connected your site to WordPress.Com, one way to added/connected your site to WordPress.Com is using by installing JetPack plugin and connect.
