What happened to my wordpress?

    To whom it may concern, I have just logged in to my WP site http://www.consciousyou.org to discover an update and somehow I am now on a free plan?! I’m not sure how I ended up on a free plan considering I’m supposed to be paying for the site and hosting yearly. Can someone explain why my plug ins are all disabled, why don’t I full access to my back office, and what a free plan is because I’m paying for both the domain name and hosting. Thank you.     this support forum is for websites hosted with WordPress.COM,
    whereas your website is self-hosted with BlueHost, Your Hosting Provider.

    this should be your login url http://www.consciousyou.org/wp-admin

    https://wordpress.org/support/ is the relevant support forum.

    You can only login using WordPress.com account in case you have hosted with WordPressCOM or added/connected your site to WordPress.Com, one way to added/connected your site to WordPress.Com is using by installing JetPack plugin and connect.
