What happened to our Premium upgrade

Hi there,
We upgraded to the Premium plan in July this year and we’ve just discovered that our plan status is back to Free. Can you advise as to why this is?
I am concerned that the person who performed the upgrade is no longer with us and has been removed from the user group on the site.
Could this be connected?

Hi there,
Our records show that the owner of the site and the upgrades on it, removed the Premium plan in June, a few days after it was bought.
As your account owns neither the site nor its upgrades I cannot share any more information with you than that. If that person is no longer part of your group, I suggest you contact them and ask them to transfer ownership of the site to someone who is.
Additionally, I notice that there’s a large number of users on your site that have Admin privileges. Note that blog Admins can change anything on a site, including deleting all content and add new users. I strongly suggest you set any users who don’t absolutely need to be Admins to Editor or Author instead. You won’t be able to change the user role of the owner of the site. That person’s role can only be changed if they transfer ownership of the site to someone else.
