What happened to sign out on dashboard???

  top right corner of dashboard used to have hello ColorMe4Life under which was logout or sign out. It’s gone. Don’t know how to log out???

  Howdy,

  You can log out by hovering over your name on the right side of the toolbar, and clicking on “Sign Out”.

  Thank you Chris. That works, but then there’s another issue. On logging out this way, it reopens the main page and this then counts it as an outside hit or view of the website, which I’d rather not count – my own views. Can it be made to log out back to the log-in page instead of back to the blog website??

  You can logout via the main http://wordpress.com/ page following the same procedure, and this won’t count a visit on your blog.
