What happened to the AD FREE I was promised

    When I started my blog which is for Highway Hospice a registered NPO the goal was to raise public awareness and get more donations. To my horror ads were appearing on my blog requesting donations to CANSA. I was very upset as people were thinking that this was us and giving them money. We were rapidly losing our donor base. I got hold of LIve Support and they agreed under the circumstances to give us one year AD FREE at no charge. I am still seeing ads coming through on my blog – and this was supposed to happen at the beginning of April. Please advise.

    There are no ads on your blog. There is, however, apparently malware on your browser if you’re seeing ads on that blog. Disable all your browser add-ons and then re-enable them one by one till the ads reappear. Once you’ve established which browser extension is responsible, delete it.
