What happened to the admin bar?

  What happened to “my account”, “my blog”, and “my subscriptions” in the admin bar? I’m viewing a tutorial video that shows these menus in the admin bar, but I can’t see them in real life in any browser.

  Here’s a link showing the difference between the admin bar in the Lynda.com tutorial and a random WordPress site:

  Two different flavors – the site on the left is a WordPress.COM blog the site on the right is a WordPress.ORG install
