What happened to the domain i just bought?

  I bought a domain name through wordpress. I received an email confirming my transaction, but there is no record of this transaction ever taking place on my administrator page (no billing history, no upgrade history). When accessing the ”.com” i get an error message informing me that it is unable to map this domain. Also if i try the process again, i get a message telling me this domain already exists (because I already created it).

  I’m investigating further to figure out what actually happened, but an error occurred when the registration went through. It appears the transaction occurred twice within about a minute, once with domain privacy enabled, once without it.

  I’ve connected your account to the domain, so you should be able to see your site now. You can update the “primary domain” (what folks see in the address bar once they visit your site) by visiting the Store->Domains page of your site’s dashboard.

  The transaction did go through twice and instantly renewed your domain until 2015. You’ll have private registration for that entire time, though the first transaction didn’t include it. I’m going to include it as a small token of appreciation for your patience through this error.
