What happened to the Font and Paragraph Menu Bar ??

  I need to add an H1 title tag to my pages…but I can’t find the secondary font and paragraph menu bar in the editor to accomplish this. Is there any way to restore this menu bar ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
