I don’t know what you mean by Happiness Desk and I have been here answering longer that almost all Staff have been here. I do know this is a duplicate thread. Please return to this thread which is tagged for Staff attention. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/page-move-things-rightleft-up-down-buttons-not-working?replies=3#post-1137146

Hi timethief:
Thanks for trying to help with this. It is truly confusing and frustrating!
About the Happiness Desk:
Back in January 2011, when I was first trying to set up a blog, I had a lot of questions. WordPress, it turns out, is set up exactly opposite of the way I think. Logical to most folks, counter-intuitive to me. When one contacted support back then, your query was given a case number and a staff person was assigned to walk you through the problem and solution and stayed with you until you got it figured out. In my case, that meant a lot of explanations using words of one syllable and step-by-step instructions from “Bryan V.” The responsders referred to themselves as the Happiness Desk.
I’m sure that most situations are routine and that the answers can be delivered from a forum, but I’m not sure that’s as effective or fast as the old method. I posted another question nearly 3 weeks ago and have never received any sort of reply. (How do I collapse the list of article titles to their categories so that the entire list does not appear until the category is clicked?)
I’m sure this will get worked out, and I’ll have learned something new and wonderful. **
