What happened to the Happiness Engineers?

I guess they were replaced with AI. I liked that my WordPress subscription allowed me to get answers to occasional questions. Now I’m lost. I have a simple question about how to get my blog posts arranged with most recent at top (which I think should be default, but isn’t on my template). I don’t have any sticky posts.

On the Blog Home template here, you have set the Query Loop to show the posts in the “Oldest to Newest” setting. Please change it to “Newest to Oldest,” and that should resolve the issue. Screenshot here.
