What happened to the page listings?

I’ve made my blog private because I only wish for it to be accessible to certain people. However, I noticed that when the privacy setting is activated, the names of the various blog pages no longer show when you visit the site. How will my visitors know which posts are there? How will the find certain posts? For instance if I wanted someone to read a poste entitled ” What You’re Seeking Is Seeking You” , how would they locate that particular item. Thanks

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

A ‘Private’ page is not for certain people only. A ‘Private’ page or post is for ‘my eyes only’:

Private pages are only visible to blog Editors and Administrators. Private pages are not visible in Blog Surfer, feeds, or in any search. A page can be private without being password protected. http://support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/

The certain people here are Administrators and Editors. If you want to make certain pages visible to certain Visitors only, you will need to make them ‘Protected’ that is still publicly listed, but only viewable by a password.
